Over 60 per cent of new business comes through customer referrals and to show our appreciation, we've set up a Referrer Scheme to reward those new and existing Qubix Technology customers recommending our services. As a Qubix Technology Referrer you earn a £5 Amazon Voucher each time somone you recommend signs up for one of our services. What's more there's no limit to how many times you can refer or how much you can make! How do I sign up to the referral scheme? Becoming a Referrer is really simple and only takes a few minutes. SImply logon to our website and click on the Referrer Scheme link. All you need to do is chose a unique Referrer Code for yourself and you're ready to do. Who can I refer? Referrers can recommend friends, family, colleagues, customers and business contacts to the Qubix Technology service. You cannot recommend existing Qubix Technology customers. How do I go about referring my family and friends? Referring friends and family to Qubix Technology is simple. You can start recommending our services to friends and family as soon as you have joined the Referral Scheme (see above) and setup your Referrer Code. You need to let your friends and family know what this is, so that they can quote it each time that they sign up for one of our services. Once they have paid their bills in full, you'll automatically receive the £5 Amazon Voucher via E-Mail. It's that simple. So if you want to start earning extra rewards, what are you waiting for! Can I refer myself? Whilst Qubix Technology appreciates the extra business, the Qubix Technology Referral Scheme does not make referral payments to existing customers that add additional services to their account. No, there's no limit to how many times you can refer, so you can recommend as many people as you like. Potential earnings from referrals are unlimited. How much can I earn? You can make as many recommendations as you like. Potential earnings from referrals are unlimited. How quickly do I get my vouchers? You will receive your Amazon Vouchers via e-mail, as soon as the customer that you are recommending has paid their bill in full. Most customers pay for Qubix Technology services immediately, so you should receive payment within 30-days of your friends service being provided, as long as your own billing account is not in arrears. Please note, some business customers could pay their bills on 30-day credit period. Therefore, your payment could be delayed by up to two months. When does Qubix Technology pay out my vouchers for the referral scheme? Our finance department complete a weekly referral scheme audit and e-mail the Amazon Voucher to the e-mail address registered with the scheme. How often is my referral account balance updated? Due to the way your payments are calculated you will not see any pending payments for your referrals until your referred friend has successfully settled their bill. Therfore, if you are a new Qubix Technology Referrer and recommend your friend to us, your account balance will show as £0 until they have paid their bill in full. After this time, your account balance wil be updated automatically and you will receive a monthly statement by e-mail. This will show as a list of vouchers pending which will be made at the next voucher audit. Why would an outstanding referral credit on my account differ to what I think I am owed? If you and your friend meet the above criteria and you haven't received your reward, please contact us. Your Referrer Code What happens if my referral code is entered incorrectly? We validate all Referral Codes at the time of sale to ensure that each code is entered correctly. Every customer that signs up to one of our service using your code will receive an email to let them know whether the Referral Code they have supplied has been accepted. If your Referral Code is entered incorrectly the customer can amend this at any time. If the code is not re-entered or corrected before the order is completed, you will not receive any financial credit. This is set out in our Terms and Conditions. Can I change my referral code? If you are a new customer to the Referral Scheme, you will be given the option to choose a Referral Code. Once this code has been selected, you will not be able to change the code.
