10% Student & Over 60's Discount 

Bristol Computer Repairs offer a 10% student discount on any computer / laptop repair, when a valid NUS card is presented or any other student card that we deem to be valid. (10% discount applies to labour charges only and excludes parts)

Lucky enough to be over 60?  If so, you also benefit from a 10% discount on any computer / laptop repair.  Once again, the 10% discount applies to labour charges only and excludes parts.

Bristol Computer Repairs hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance, giving you further piece of mind when we are working in your home / business, or if you visit our workshop.

30-Day Guarantee / Warranty

Work that is under taken by Bristol Computer Repairs comes with a 30 day labour only warranty*.  Meaning that if the same problem re-occurs within 30-days of the repair (as per our invoice date), we will rectify the problem for free (subject to cost of any additional parts that may be required).  Brand new hardware comes with a 12-mth manufacturers warranty unless stated. 

* Terms & Conditions apply.  Excludes computer faults caused by software, virus and/or user errors as these are beyond the control of Bristol Computer Repairs.

Low Prices & Rates

Bristol Computer Repairs do not charge a call-out fee and you will only be charged a fixed hourly rate for Bristol Computer Repairs OnCall visits to your home / office or for remote support.  

You can also bring your computer to our workshop in Staple Hill, Bristol for us to look at the problem at our in-house hourly rate.
